Art Work Files
You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT send any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We reserve the right not to print any graphic that goes against our standards.

You will defend and hold DRC Print harmless in any claim, suit or action brought against DRC Print by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), liabilities or losses resulting from circumstances where DRC Print, acting as your agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libelous or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community or which in DRC Print's sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, or trade name, or service mark, or copyright belonging to others, or in a claim, suit or action brought against DRC Print for actions of your employees which may occur as a result of any mailing.
